Single PPM 운동이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구-중소제조기업의 품질혁신활동을 중심으로
A Study on the Effects of Single PPM on Management Performance in Small-Medium Manufacturing Industry
Abstract
Quality management activities are an important factor that they could be regarded as a mostsignificant drive to prompt growth of a corporation. From this research as core strategy of theenterprise single ppm wants to emphasize the importance of the quality management activity. TheEmpirical results are summarized as follows, for successful Single PPM, leadership and corporateculture should be based on. As Single PPM activities factor, Customer Management significantlyaffects Single PPM Performance. Therefore, to the success of quality management activities, internalcorporate leadership and corporate culture must be formed. And for customer management, shouldtake advantage of a variety of the company's internal and external information strategically.
